At Sans Candle, we want every order to bring you joy and warmth. However, if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

We offer a 2-day return/refund window from the date your order is delivered.

You may request a refund if:
• You received the wrong product
• The product arrived damaged or defective
• The product was not as described

To be eligible:
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging
• You must contact us within 2 days of delivery with photo/video proof


How to Request a Return/Refund
1. Email us at Sanscandless@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Include your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief explanation.
3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.


Non-Returnable Items
• Used candles or candles with signs of use
• Items reported after the 2-day window
• Custom or discounted products (unless damaged)


Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
• We do not offer exchanges
